3DPower Hyper PA6 is the first industrial-grade material in the 3DPower portfolio. It is a strong and flexible engineering filament with an optimized formulation that significantly reduces shrinkage, making it much easier to print than standard PA filaments.
Hyper PA6 offers excellent mechanical properties, high chemical resistance, and favorable tribological characteristics, including low friction in sliding applications. The material is resistant to most oils, greases, and commonly used industrial chemicals.
When properly dried, small to medium-sized parts can be printed even on open-frame 3D printers. This makes Hyper PA6 a reliable choice for functional parts, mechanical components, housings, brackets, and utility applications.
Important: For best printing results, Hyper PA6 filament must be dried before use.
