Filament 3DPower ASA 1.75mm Natural 1kg
- The 3DPower ASA filament is resistant to UV radiation. High mechanical strength and high temperature resistance (up to approx. 90°C) make 3DPower ASA an unrivaled material for printing elements constantly exposed to weather conditions.
3DPower ASA - resistant to all conditions!
The 3DPower ASA filament is resistant to UV radiation. High mechanical strength and high temperature resistance (up to approx. 90°C) make 3DPower ASA an unrivaled material for printing elements constantly exposed to weather conditions.
In addition, the 3DPower ASA filament, compared to ABS, apart from the aforementioned resistance to weather conditions, is characterized by low shrinkage. The durability of 3DPower ASA filament prints is similar to those made of ABS, but the printing process itself is easier. What's more, 3DPower ASA does not require a closed chamber when making small and medium-sized prints.
Details made of 3DPower ASA filament can be machined well, can be sanded and painted, and holes can also be drilled in them.
Our filament can be used with most FDM 3D printers. 3DPower ASA is an excellent material for printing elements exposed to changing external conditions, which speaks for the use of this filament for the production of mechanical structures, and even everyday objects that are taken to work in the field.
Each spool is packed in a vacuum bag with a moisture absorber.
Why the 3DPower ASA filament?
- Resistance to the influence of UV radiation
- High durability
- Higher chemical resistance than ABS
- High interlayer adhesion
- High mechanical strength
- Relatively low processing shrinkage
- Resistance to the influence of weather conditions
- Easy machining
